Embracing the Future of Innovation: An Exclusive AI and AR Learning Journey for Tuenteenians
On October 30 and 31, our school organized a series of engaging IT courses for all “Tuenteenians” to experience cutting-edge technologies hands-on and boost their innovative capabilities.
Event Highlights (Oct 30 & 31)
- Form 1 (Introduction to AI & Large Language Models): Using iPads, Tuenteenians learned fundamental AI concepts, experienced AI-generated comics and stories, and built a strong foundation in AI ethics.
- Form 2 (AR Creation with Reality Composer & Procreate): Students turned into digital artists, learning digital drawing via Procreate and bringing 2D artworks to life as interactive 3D AR animations.
- Form 3 (LLM & Python Coding): Students learned Python programming basics and successfully deployed local open-source AI models (Ollama) to serve as their personal coding assistants.
Upcoming Courses in November
The excitement continues in November with more specialized courses for our students!
- Form 1 & Form 3: Will complete their remaining AI and coding sessions on Nov 7 and Nov 28 (Form 1), and Nov 7 (Form 3).
- Form 2: Will dive deeper into the world of AR creation on Nov 4, Nov 7, and Nov 13.
- Form 4: The highly anticipated “LLM & Python Coding” course for Form 4 students will officially launch on Nov 25 and Nov 28.
