[TMCSS Pride] Tuenteenians Win “Best AI Application Award” at On-us AI Challenge 2026

On August 10, 2026, at Cyberport, five outstanding Tuenteenians—Chan Hok Yau (Michael), Leung Lai Ying (Veronica), Chan Ka Sum (Carson), Chiu Hoi Tung (Kai), and Lee Pun Yuen (Frank)—won the “Best AI Application Award” at the On-us AI Challenge 2026, bringing glory to our school with their exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills!

Identifying Pain Points & Building a Parent-Exclusive Ecosystem
During the 8-day intensive innovation challenge, our Tuenteenians keenly identified the information overload parents face regarding parenting advice. Utilizing advanced AI tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, and Figma Make, they developed the “Qin Cheng” (Parent Journey) App from scratch. This parent-exclusive ecosystem features an AI assistant for targeted advice and integrates seamlessly with On-us smart e-coupons, truly blending technology into everyday parenting.

Outstanding Team Spirit Praised by Judges
The competition judges highly praised the TMCSS team as “professional and technically capable,” successfully transforming AI tools into an application with practical real-world value. The judges specifically commended Carson’s proactive leadership, Michael and Kai’s excellent presentation skills, as well as Veronica and Frank’s focus and strong teamwork. This achievement is a solid testament to our school’s success in promoting AI innovation education!
